Is it really possible?

You know when you receive that picture on facebook, or in the mail from a party that you have been to and you cringe when you see yourself? Well, that is exactly what happened to me. I took one look at the photo and said, Oh my Gosh, I look awful! Even though I am standing sandwiched in between my dear Auntie M and cousin, all three of us, smiling and having a great time. The self realization was staring me in the face. I had to loose weight, because, frankly I weighed as much as i did when I gave birth to my second child. Since I'm only 4'11" there isn't much space to put the extra pounds, except everywhere! Round faced, round belly, and no waist. A busty apple. Great. A family history of diabetes to boot! I HAD to DO something about it! I tried exercising, cutting out carbs, and was eating healthy. I had already identified that I was wheat and gluten intolerant, so I was avoiding most carbs. A well respected doctor friend of mine was about to try a homeopathic Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) tincture and suggested that I do it with her. The directions were very simple but somewhat ambiguous, but we are smart women, so "we can figure it out!" Day 1 and 2, eat anything you want, but foods higher in fats are encouraged. COOL! Day 3-21 or longer (? really?, how much longer?) Protein, Veggies and Fruit. Okay, do-able. Then 2 days, no drops, but same foods. Stabilization phase~eat fats again for 2 or 3 weeks. Seems simple enough. hCG will allow stored fats to be burned as calories, and we eat 500 calories. I was a bit skeptical but nothing else I know how to do was working. All I could say was AMAZING! I released 7 pounds in the first week! BUT what was up with the craving of m & m's? Nothing in my little pamphlet said anything about cravings, or what to do about them. Since I know some stress techniques, I added them in to help myself get to the root cause of my potential self sabotage thoughts and sugary cravings. Already taking something for yeast, I knew it was emotionally related. I sensed that I was not tolerating something I was eating, since I had gained a pound or 2 while in week2. Turns out that it was chicken and tuna, identified using muscle testing. Correction for gaining pounds back? No breakfast, No lunch and a whole steak for dinner! YES! Then, much to my surprise the next morning those 2 pounds had vanished overnight, like magic! Every time I walked past a mirror I could see myself getting smaller, and more defined. Then the ultimate happened~ my pants literally fell off! I had to find a belt and wear higher healed shoes, so my pants wouldn't drag on the ground. At lunch I went to a local consignment shop and bought 2 pair of pants that fit, for the moment. I weighed myself every morning and watched as the pounds and inches melted away. I like to say released, rather than lost, because quite honestly, I don't want them back. EVER. I released 13 pounds in the first 23 days. I quickly decided to develop the comprehensive program including the emotional stress release techniques and muscle testing foods to figure out which ones potentially stressed the body and may contribute to inflammation or weight gain. A colleague of mine encouraged me to spread the word and my own weight release was becoming apparent. All total I have released 30 pounds. I was not hungry, nor did I have any side effects from the homeopathic drops. I have kept the weight off with easy management. As word of mouth has spread, and with the statistics I have been keeping, 19.6 pounds is the average weight released. The lab that I order the hCG is now encouraging the use of my comprehensive program. Mental? Emotional?

How did I get to this place of imbalance? My hip hurts, my back hurts and I just want to lie on the floor! This is a follow up to a question in the office this week....
Your body responds to all types of input from within and outside influences, like what you eat, the weather, how your move, i.e. run walk, twist, turn, what you hear and your minds interpretation of all of it. For instance, it is warm weather, you are not taking in enough water, which may lead to a slight to moderate dehydration, your brain is storing that information and chunks it with a twisting movement, and the emotional stress of having to chase a kid suddenly, or moving before the end of the month. You have unknowingly created a recipe for low back or hip pain. Now what do you do?
Well, what has worked in the past? Drinking fluids is a good start. Now I'm talking water, Emergen C or a low sugar, not an alcohol kinda fluid.
Next what are you going to do about the stresses?

I've got a great solution that takes less than one minute. It looks kind of funny, but it's super simple to do. I wrote an article about it in Woman's Day, September 2007. Emotional Stress Release is an exercise that you do with your conscious mind and "clears" the stress signals from the brain to the affected body part. I can even show you how it lowers blood pressure! Call for a free 15 minute consultation! There are literally thousands of applications. Simple, we are a matrix of nerve and connective tissue that refer pain all over the place. That includes from places that you would not expect. Take for instance the shoulder pain that you have on and off for no good reason. Are you sure that the meds really take away the problem? What have you tried? Was it an injury?
Let me share from personal experience this little tid bit... No shoulder injury, just a pain behind my shoulder blades, a dull ache that I thought was referred from my kidneys. Well it turns out that the Gallbladder can refer pain to just about anywhere in the upper body, but usually the right shoulder, through to the back, or up around the neck. I'm not a medical doctor, so I can't give a diagnosis, but I can say that keeping a food diary helps a lot to get to the cause of the problem. I wrote down things that made my pain worse, foods included. Since I am trained to muscle test myself and others, I did that too. WOW! I had the help of my naturopath, Dr. Mystique Grobe and made an appointment to see a surgeon. I was amazed that I had no dull achy pain, just four tiny incisions when I woke up from surgery. No more indigestion, gallbladder pain, heartburn, AND no more shoulder pain. How cool is that!?
If you want to try muscle testing foods, or a achy pains we can discover what you body is saying.
http://tinyurl.com/pmvy74
Yours in Health,
Marie
